Oh dear, Gordon Brown's week is just not getting any better. It turns out that German Chancellor Angela Merkel has said that Robert Mugabe is entitled to attend a Europe-Africa summit. Gordon will not be happy when he hears this. If Mugabe attends, then Brown will be forced to stick to his threat and boycott the summit. Sunday 7 October 2007
