[They think] the cameras are not working."Some may argue that three per cent is better than nothing. I say: how many police officers would those billions have payed for? Typical Labour - throw money at it without any idea if it will work or not.

I think CCTV has only been rolled out so much so they can catch people parking illeagaly or in a bus lane or maybe even throwing a cigarette but onto the floor basically to catch the real criminals, not the muggers, hoodies, ans such like.
