David Miliband gets a grilling from the European Select Committee.

David Miliband was at the receiving end of a grilling from the European Select Committee yesterday. In a two hour meeting the committee chairman, Michael Connarty insinuated that Miliband could be compared to Neville Chamberlain saying: "I have visions of peace in our time." Miliband was not impressed and replied that he had been "Cut to my absolute quick."

Another committee member James Clappison told Miliband that: "The red lines are in tatters - somewhere along the line someone has been, quite frankly, asleep at the wheel.". Miliband continued to spout his rubbish about being satisfied the EU reform treaty "respects Britain's red lines."

Will someone in the government, just for once, tell us the truth about this treaty.

The problem with these New Labour types is they can no longer tell the difference between the truth and treasonous lies.

Man in a shed,

They no longer seem to care that we know they are telling lies.
