Gordon Brown announces a Naval Victory!

Iain Dale has posted on Gordon Brown's regurgitation of old news to improve his image. The latest being the opening of an Hospital that had been already opened months before! With that in mind I was very tickled to find this over at The Spine:

Permission to post this picture was very kindly given by David the Author of The Spine. Please pop over to see what else he is doing, there are many more like this.

Now that's the sort of news that encourages me to vote Labour. I always say you can't beat a good naval victory.

Oh very, very good Dick:)

Dick meant navel, surely?

We now know what he gazes at but where is his hand?

On a more serious note: When Gordon the McGravy Train Engine has finished with the Royal Navy its unparallelled record of victories is likely to be consigned to history.

As we used to say: every schoolboy knows that Alfred founded the Royal Navy. Sadly, schoolchildren these days are unlikely to be taught that foreign politicians have achieved what foreign admirals could not; the destruction of the English navy.

Mr Gruff,

I hope not. I think the longer Brown stays in office the more likely it is going to happen.

I have absolutely no idea what I meant. I'd hit the evening wine a little early. My speeling is all over the place.

Maybe he'll also announce that we are prepared for whatever the Vikings have to throw at us?

We can rest assured that The Thane of Kirkcudbright will only negotiate to pay extra Danegeld if Sc*tland is exempted from the levy imposed to pay it.
