Postal workers start their third day of strike action.

Postal workers, members of the Communication Workers Union (CWU) are starting their third day of industrial action. While the CWU claim that the strike has overwhelming support, Royal Mail are denying this saying 35,000 staff came to work on the first day. The strike follows postal workers turning down a 2.5 per cent pay offer and modernisation plans. The plans could threaten as many as 40,000 postal jobs.

Billy Hayes the CWU general secretary said: "This is a company that they (the government) own and they seem to have no interest whatsoever.".

Looks like when trouble rears its ugly head, Brown is as usual, nowhere to be seen.

When it comes to Brown's disappearance acts; you can't teach an old dog new tricks.

Where does he go? I think he's got another job on the side.

He may be like Hitler and have a bunker to retreat to.

With an escape tunnel to Scotland?

Mind you, even they may not want him.
