Gordon Brown's doubles - The sign of a true tyrant?

Since the arrest of Damian Green there have been fears that we are living in a police state. What kind of Prime Minister leads a government intent on silencing criticism from the opposition? With that in mind, I noticed something when I put "Gordon Brown" into Google's image search - would you believe that I think I've stumbled upon one of the first signs of a tyrant - doubles.

I'd swear that at least three of the pictures below are of different people. What do you think?

Joke! Please don't kick my front door in - it's new.

I'd never thought of that but you could well be right.

There's no way that guy on the bottom right is Gordon, that's for sure.

But then he's a tricky when it comes to photographs. You can use the TV to get a clear reminder of what he looks like, but do you recall them using a 12-year-old photo of Brown on a government booklet about health? Can't think why that would have happened...

Same man, same 'doubtle act' - saying one thing and doing the opposite.

Put him on the line up on Never Mind the Buzzcocks and see if they can pick him out.

There was a story earlier in the year about how difficult it was for a company who supplied doubles to find one for Gordon Brown, which prompted this post.

I think he just drinks too much, sometimes its beer and sometimes its scotch. Hence the different expressions.

On second thoughts, I think you are right - run a poll

Naw - it's just his split personalities..... But then that's not right is it? To have split personalities you must first have a 'personality' to split from.... And Gordon Brown hasn't got any sort of personality, has he?

He looks like a sort of CyBorg being, in a manic, "I need your job, your flashy smile, your cowboy boots given to you by Dubbya and the keys to Number 10, Tony..."

Come to think about it, how many times has he said "I'll no get the sack" or "Pasty for teaster, baby"...

Maybe he is one of the nasty Arnie T-600 series, or possibly the good Arnie T-800 series .... more likely, he's one of those pyscho T-1000 prototypes....
