An apology.

I must apologise for the language I used in my last post, it won't happen again (I had one too many). However, I'm not going to remove it because I stand by the sentiments of my post even though I'm sober now.

The only problem I had with the use of the such language is that your post couldn't get through my company's firewall ;-)

I read it, and I thought "Gosh, you're a bit upset" - but I agreed with you.

Steve,

I am afraid we all get like this once in a while. Even us older much more mature persons you know.

I had to read parts of your blog out to my missus - bowdlerised of course!

I would rather have this honesty than living the socialist lies being thrust upon us. I give as examples; The face of Harperson in the debate yesterday as Ken was reminding her of her activist past, the stone face of Rosa Shoesmith as she refused to admit fault in the death of Baby P and the face of Karen Matthews under police interrogation are shocking to the core in their different ways. I too am amazed to hear the vast sums of money available to the Matthews clan for them to spend on what they like. Why does anyone vote for this?

Please keep blogging, but mainly when you are sober! DK has cornered the market where you went last night.

Summed up my feelings precisely on days when I feel it's all getting a little too much (more often than not at the moment)

I'd have left it alone, in vino veritas.

I was a bit stunned, because it's not your usual style, Steve, but apart from that I thought it was fine.

No offence taken, Steve.

I suffer from the same desire to rant when sipping the odd glass and have now taken to keeping notepad open and gradually filling it up over the course of an evening.

It makes for interesting reading but not sharing!

To quote the vile, mendacious, oaf, Ed Balls....So what!

We all get steamed up from time to time and we all get a bit pissed.
Made I chuckle though!!

Sometimes we're more honest when we've had a few.

Totally differnt politics but, at least, I knew you meant every word.

No apology needed. I enjoyed your new highly coloured text. :-)

Really cant see why you are apologising.Your description of the state we are in is accurate and requires emphasis.

I didn't see anything wrong with your last post at all. Yes, the language was a bit strong, but it's not like you're trying to screw the country...

Steve

Sometimes the sheer frustration of a situation that is plain to all except our useless politicians can only be summed up by gratuitous use of the F word. And yes you're right, another 18 months , let alone six and a half years of this meddling, useless government and we'll all be F'd B'd and spit roasted. More power to your elbow mate, and no apology necessary.

No need to explain, it's your blog you can do as you please. I choose to include my poodle Charlie on my blog - this suits me, it may not suit others but I don't care. I write it for my own amusement.

Keep blogging in your own voice, this will be different from day to day.
