The following video from David Cameron explains exactly why I stopped supporting Labour and will be voting Conservative at the next General Election. In fact, I feel so strongly about getting rid of our wasteful Labour Government that I'm hoping to stand as a Tory candidate in my local council elections. Please watch this video with an open mind, we really do need a Conservative Government to get the country's books back in order:

I like the transparency idea. There are far to many Guardian reading very well paid quangocrats in this country. Its time to make them get real jobs and face the uncertainty and struggle the rest of us have to put up with,
I've been a contractor for the government in the past, believe me the amount of waste from poor money management is incredible. They will be less likely to throw money around if we the public can see what they are doing.
You're standing as a Tory Councillor steve? Good man. You can post any of your campaign material on the Redoubt. No p*ss taking - honest... unless you buy a Duck House of course.
Harry.
H, I haven't got the room for a pond, never mind a Duck House.
You'll be telling me next that you still sleep in a hammock... anyway... good luck Steve.
Cheers Harry
And, what will the Conservatives do?
"Transparency.
Reform, more choice and freedom.
Why are taxes so high, because social breakdown is so high.
It's obvious, Labour don't get it, we do."
Fine words? I think not. Tosh, tosh, tosh.
Methinks the parsnips will remain unbuttered whilst we lot remain buggered.
Steve - You're wasting your time standing in Elson especially when you like an absolute thug. Why don't you spend your time doing something useful like butterfly-collecting? Don't waste your time knocking on my door in Frater Lane just round the corner from you or I'll send you away with a flea in your ear.
Anon,
I'm just a bit more determined to win now. Cheers.
There's countless examples of BSF waste in Lancashire and a shambolic PFI Hospital which has had a Portakabin A&E department since new!
