The Police have handed over the 'Cash for Honours' File to the CPS. Will we now find out if anyone is to be charged following the year-long Police investigation? Was anyone nominated for peerages or other honours in return for donations or loans?
UPDATE: Police file contains details of "serious wrongdoing", the BBC has learned.
