Comment Policy on the Daily Referendum.

There are many people that visit this blog and don't feel they can comment on the posts they are reading. This is not a criticism, I also read many articles I agree or disagree with, but I do not always feel sufficiently knowledgeable on the subject to comment. I'm not a comment snob and I would like your input even if it is just to say "nice one" or "sorry but you are talking out of your backside".

So please feel free to leave even the shortest of comments. Comments, no matter how brief make it all worth while.

Not only do you write a great blog but you've managed to reduce the fine art of minimalist commenting to the absolute minimum.

Seriously Mr Gruff, thanks for your comments. I'm missing reading your posts, when are you going to get one of those articles of yours finished?

It's a fair cop, I guess.

I agree with you in principle, It's better for people to comment.

Crushed,

I sometimes want to leave a comment such as "I totally agree" or "excellent post" but I feel it is inadequate. However I have come to realise that even the shortest comment is welcome and can lead to further comment.

Absolutely.

Re. Pox Anglorum: I've just started a thoroughly enjoyable, if partly messy and very 'aches and pains' new job and my quality of life has improved enormously, even though my boots are covered in anti-fouling paint and I'm paid the national minimum rate, so must work all the overtime I can get. I haven't anything in my head at the moment for Pox but once my situation is a little more predictable I shall turn my thoughts back to iconoclasm.

Good luck with the new job Mr Gruff, I look forward to reading your musings soon.
