Winkball video - Public reaction to Brown's Conference speech.

Winkball.com have been out and about in Brighton asking the public their opinion on the Labour conference and Gordon Brown's speech. The people are none too happy with Gordo the great:

That Gordon Brown interview with Adam Boulton. Video.

Gordon Brown is not handling the loss of The Sun's support very well. Adam Boulton touches several nerves:

UPDATE: This video does not show Brown give Boulton a teddy bear stare and then strop off. To see the strop click HERE

Harriet Harman wants to ban boobs in the workplace.

From The Sun:
TOPLESS calendars - and Page 3 photos - will be banned from workplaces under potty laws drawn up by Harriet Harman. Labour's deputy leader - dubbed Hattie Har-person by critics - claims it is harassment to put up saucy pics at work.

The small print of the Government's flagship Equalities Bill declares: "An employer who displayed any material of a sexual nature, such as a topless calendar, may be harassing employees where this makes the workplace an offensive place to work."

Critics fear a witch-hunt against workers. Tory MP Philip Davies fumed: "This is crazy - the nanny state running riot.
This story is a couple of days old now but I thought it was relevent following her comments to conference this morning about The Sun. She told the Bruvvers and sisters:
"Something the Sun knows absolutely nothing about - equality. Let's face it, the nearest their political analysis gets to women's rights is Page 3's news in briefs."
That's Harriet - attack your core vote.

You must read John Redwood's letter from CEO, UK PLC

John Redwood's blog is always great, but I particularly love his letters from the CEO of UK PLC. Today's is basically a ridicule of Gordon Brown's keynote conference speech:
Dear Shareholder,

I thought you would be pleased to know we are having a great sales conference this week. On Monday our new Communications Director warmed up the audience brilliantly, whilst yesterday I got them to their feet with spontaneous applause even before I’d finished.

Some of the market research still looks poor, but we don’t believe a word of it. We just keep buying the research to help keep up the spending and the borrowing in accordance with our recovery strategy. The Sales force loved some of the new spending ideas we launched. Who said we’d run out of ways to spend your money, or even worse run out of uses for all the borrowings? It’s true some of the things we’d proposed before, but this time with the printing presses running there’s no reason why we shouldn’t just spend it to get them. So if it’s home care, cancer care, tougher policing or a new car you are wanting, we’ll put it on the UK’s flexible friend, the borrowing requirement. That’ll do nicely Sir. No there’s no need to pay a thing this side of the Election.

As I pointed out to the Sales force, who were a bit down before I explained it all, this extra spending will help us trounce our main competitors. They keep going round telling people they have to pay for things they order, and telling them that one day they have to repay the borrowings. That’s madness in my book.

The Sun sets on Gordon Brown.

My response to Gordon Brown's Conference Speech.

Today Gordon Brown will give his keynote speech to the Labour party conference. He will say:
Blah, blah, blah antisocial behaviour. Blah, blah, blah crime. Blah, blah, blah investment in public services. Blah, blah, blah I saved the world. Blah, blah, blah G20. Blah, blah, blah Obama. Blah, blah, blah fight back. Blah, blah, blah did I mention that I saved the world? Blah, blah, blah the Tories will eat your first born. Blah, blah, blah the Tories will burn down Schools and Hospitals. Blah, blah, blah the Tories will drown kittens and puppies by the sack-full. Blah, blah, blah little children crying. Blah, blah, blah God speaks to me. Blah, blah, blah remind me - did I mention that I saved the world? Blah, blah, blah I will tax the evil rich! Blah, blah, blah fightback starts here!
And my response?

The politics of envy are dead. You didn't save the world - you are trying to drag us out of a hole that you dug. The country trusts the Tories more than you to stop wasting our money. And it's too bloody late to promise to fix what you have broken over the last twelve years. Call an Election now before you cause even more damage.

BNP are fed up with Labour stealing their slogans

The BNP are apparently are applying to copyright their slogans after Gordon Brown has stolen two of them. Nick Griffin said:

“Last year we saw Gordon Brown use the slogan ‘British jobs for British workers’ at a Labour conference."

Now after Labour's use of the BNP's "operation fightback" slogan, he said:

“Enough is enough; the BNP is now going to start copyrighting its slogans to prevent the ideologically-bankrupt thieves at Labour HQ from using our ideas.”

Just which idiot at Labour HQ comes up with these great ideas?

Peter Mandelson now 8/1 to be next Labour leader.

From William Hill:

YOU BET MANDY COULD SUCCEED GORDON BROWN

LORD MANDLESON has been backed from 100/1 to 8/1 fourth favourite with William Hill to become the next leader of the Labour Party. 'When Peter Mandelson was restored to the cabinet by Gordon Brown we offered 100/1 about him becoming the next leader of the Party, but since then he has been consistently backed and his odds have shortened regularly - and following his speech to the Labour Party Conference we expect to take even more for him to succeed Gordon Brown' said Hill's spokesman Graham Sharpe.

Hills currently make Alan Johnson 6/4 favourite to succceed Gordon Brown, with Harriet Harman and David Miliband 7/1 joint second favourites. Ed Miliband is 10/1, with Jon Cruddas and James Purnell both 12/1.

Gordon Brown is 4/7 with Hills to lead Labour into the next General Election and 5/4 not to. Labour are 14/1 to win the next Election with an overall majority while the Tories are 1/3 favourites and it is 5/2 a Hung Parliament.

No doubt Gordon Brown will not be as happy as some about Mandelson's popular speech.

Why Labour will lose the General Election - From an ex-Labour voter.

As an ex-Labour voter I'm going to tell you why I think Labour will lose the next General Election. First of all we should discuss why people like me voted Labour in the last three elections. Why did I vote Labour? I'm afraid that I was greedy. Knowing that the country's finances were in good shape (thanks to the previous Tory government) I liked the idea of Labour's promise to throw tons of money at our public services, I liked the idea of a minimum wage and I liked the sound of their promises to help out the less well off. That was 1997.

By 2001 I was a little disillusioned with my decision to vote Labour at the previous Election. This was mainly because I felt that whilst they had indeed thrown money at our public services, they were not doing a good enough job at getting value for money. However, I thought to myself that that competence would come with another turn in government, so I gave them my vote. I was wrong.

In 2005 I was regretting voting Labour in 2001, but like a good working class boy from Barnsley, I decided to give them one more chance. I soon realised that I had been a complete idiot. I'm sure that a great many of those people who voted labour in 2005 were also giving them "one last chance". Labour never did learn how to manage the money they were throwing around like confetti. Not only that, but since Gordon Brown took over there has been a growing incompetence across all parts of the government. You can add to that the dithering, sleaze, spin and outright lies about the state of our economic future. Now only the most ardent lefties are willing to give Labour yet another chance.

The problems for Labour cannot be fixed between now and the General Election. Many have already given them their last chance. But most importantly, Labour can no longer buy our votes with promises of massive public spending. Gordon Brown tried to keep that lie alive with his "Labour investment vs Tory cuts", but he was the only one who believed such rubbish. The pot is empty. In fact if it gets much worse, we may have to borrow money to repair the cracks appearing in the pot. So the people are looking for a government to get us out of the mess we are in - Labour have proved themselves to be financially incompetent - and they have no more expensive bribes to buy our votes.

The Conservatives got the country out of the mess left by the Labour government of the 1970's, and the country will hope they can do so again. I'll be voting Tory come the Election - how about you?

Caroline Flint calling the kettle black.

Caroline Flint has come to the defence of Gordon Brown over Andrew Marr's "pills" question:

"I don't think there is any truth in this gossip and I think it is really quite despicable. "I think it is just very unhelpful in politics to have that sort of smears and innuendoes put about."

Can you believe that? She's got more neck than a jar full of Giraffes.

If Heineken did terrible holidays.....

I Heineken did terrible holidays, this would be one of their best. I've just come to the end of two weeks holiday. The first week I mysteriously woke up with a bad back which left me hardly able to move. I the second week my back got better, but I then came down with swine flu - so we had to cancel our family holiday. I've just got over the swine flu only to find out the my lowered immune system has caused me to break out in shingles (and it's bloody painful). So all in all I've had a pretty crappy couple of weeks.

What's next, septic piles?

Gordon Brown - Riding a dead Labour Government?

As we approach the Labour party conference, I've been thinking about the state of the Labour party now, and what they have achieved under Gordon Brown. There will be the obvious talk of a post conference bounce, but I think even the most optimistic Labour MP realises that the game is up. Labour know that they are doomed - and I'm sure they are kicking themselves for not getting rid of Brown when they had the chance - it's far to late now. To prove the point, only today did the BBC news site run a story on how Cabinet Ministers are coming out in support of Brown. They realise that the time has gone to be infighting and plotting for power - they are stuck with Brown through to the General Election.

I was trying to think of a way of getting over how terrible this Labour government has been under Brown's leadership. Unfortunately there are just too many cock-ups, embarrassments, lies and feats of incompetence to list. Then I remembered the "Riding a dead horse" analogy, and upon reading it for the first time in several years, I realised that it sums up Gordon Brown, and the Labour party's method of governance perfectly:
The tribal wisdom of the Dakota Indians, passed on from one generation to the next, says that when you discover that you are riding a dead horse, the best strategy is to dismount.

But in the Labour Party, other strategies are often tried with dead horses, including the following:

1. Buying a stronger whip.

2. Changing riders.

3. Threatening the horse with termination.

4. Appointing a committee to study the horse.

5. Arranging to visit other sites to see how they ride dead horses.

6. Lowering the standards so that dead horses can be included.

7. Reclassifying the dead horse as "living-impaired".

8. Hiring outside contractors to ride the dead horse.

9. Harnessing several dead horses together to increase speed.

10. Providing additional funding and/or training to increase the dead horse's performance.

11. Doing a productivity study to see if lighter riders would improve the dead horse's performance.

12. Declaring that the dead horse carries lower overhead and therefore contributes more to the bottom line than some other horses.

13. Rewriting the expected performance requirements for all horses.

14. Promoting the dead horse to a supervisory position.

Could the Czechs save us from the Lisbon Treaty?

The possibility of the Czechs delaying their ratification of the Lisbon Treaty is the best news I've heard for quite some time. If the Czechs can hold out long enough, there is a good chance that we will get the referendum we were promised. The only problem is - can they hold out long enough for us to get rid of Gordon Brown?

There is no doubt that Brown will now try his utmost to set the Election date for after the Czech ratification - the last thing he wants is for the people of this country to have a vote on the Treaty - he knows the NO vote will win.

With a bit of luck the Irish will tell the EU that "NO means NO" and the Treaty will be killed off for good. However, I don't trust the EU to respect the Irish vote unless the YES vote wins. They are hell-bent on their Super-state and will not contemplate failure. I'm not even confident that a UK NO vote will stop them.

Apparently French President Nicolas Sarkozy is furious at the news of the Czech delay - oh dear - how sad - never mind.

Hat tip for the video to Daniel1979 Blog

Nick Clegg - Tax shouldn't be taxing - property tax.

Before we start I should set out my position. I don't own a property worth £1m and I probably never will. I'm not some "Tory Toff" - I'm from a council estate in Barnsley and up until the last four years or so I have been a Labour voter. I have always paid tax as I've never been out of work, and like many, I will probably pay tax for the vast majority of my adult life. Bearing that in mind I want to tell you why I find proposals like the Lib Dem's new "Property Tax" so nauseating.

The rich paying extra tax is "fair". That's what I keep hearing form Labour and Lib Dem MPs - "it's fair that the rich pay more" Why? They already pay more tax than the rest of us so why is it "fair" that they pay even more? Why should the government have more claim on the better-offs money than mine? It's not bloody "fair". Fair is everyone working and paying their way. Fair is everyone paying the same percentage of their wages in tax. Even then, the richer you are, the more you give to Gordon Brown.

Labour and Lib Dem MPs realise it is not "fair", but they know that it is a good way to rake in more money, and they also think it is a vote winner with the public at large. I think they are wrong - the politics of envy are dying. I'm not rich, I'm a married man with for four kids and a mortgage to pay. I don't envy the rich, and I don't think it would be "fair" to see them hammered for more tax just because a bunch of lefties and beardy weirdies think that it is "fair". The well off are entitled to the money they earn like the rest of us. Many of those with £1m homes will have bloody great mortgages to pay (or may even be retired) - and the last thing they will want to hear is some idiot like Clegg telling them that it is "fair" that he's going to take even more of their money.

I'm sorry but saying that it is "fair" to tax someone more because they have worked hard to get a good job makes my blood boil. There is nothing "fair" about it. It's called passing laws to 'legally steal' someones money - knowing that you won't lose too many votes (or might even win some). Thank God the Leftie is a dying breed in this country.

Lib Dems - The real party of change!

Lib Dems - The real party of change! - What's this? a Tory supporter agreeing with Nick Clegg that his party is the party of change?

No party is changing more than the Lib Dems. In fact - if you watch their conference this week - you will no doubt see their policies changing with the Bournemouth tides. Vince Cable's much celebrated list of cuts announced this week fly in the face of recent Lib Dem promises to spend £6.7bn on childcare and education (see Straight Talk with Andrew Neil). There are rumours about them dropping their "scrap tuition fees" policy, but who knows? Clegg has been quiet for months, but now, he's not calling for those ordinary Conservative cuts, or fluffy union pleasing Labour cuts - oohh no! - he's calling for savage Lib Dem cuts! - the man is an animal I tell yer, grrrrr...

The Lib Dems are changing so much that many supporters may cry "stop I want to get off".

New Lib Dem General Election campaign poster.

Nick Clegg has got some nerve. We haven't heard a squeak out of him for months and now he pops up to call David Cameron a conman. Apparently Calamity Clegg will accuse the Tory leader of saying anything to win the next election.... no don't laugh - he's serious.

I hear that tonight's Straight Talk (watch now) with Andrew Neil is well worth watching. By all accounts he nails Vince Cable over his party's sudden policy shift from spending on childcare and education. Would that mean the Lib Dems are saying anything to win the next election? surely not.

This is not a real Lib Dem poster.

Quote of the day - James Macintyre

"I believe the Conservative Party is institutionally racist. I always have done."

James Macintyre, Political correspondent at the New Statesman
story HERE

New Statesman removes "Tory racism: Crystal clear" article.

James Macintyre of the New Statesman wrote an article today entitled Tory racism: crystal clear. He claimed that Daniel Hannan had made racist remarks about Barack Obama. He received 29 comments - the vast majority telling him how badly he had got it wrong. He even said that the Conservative party was in his opinion a racist organisation. He said: "I believe the Conservative Party is institutionally racist. I always have done."

The article now seems to have disappeared. When James didn't like the comments he was receiving, he then launched into an attack on bloggers for leaving comments - asking: do you have jobs?

I wonder who pulled the article, James, or his boss? No doubt Daniel Hannan wasn't too pleased to be labelled a racist.

The article can still be viewed in the cache.

Who is the biggest Liar - Brown or Mandelson?

After Gordon Brown and his incompetent bunch of ministers were caught out lying to parliament over spending cuts, it seems their preferred method to excuse their disgusting behaviour is to tell more lies. Peter Mandelson has been rolled out to do his "look into my eyes, not around the eyes" routine. There is no lie that Mandelson will not tell - no matter how unbelievable. His latest is to accuse the Tories of trying to create a "false impression" of government spending plans. Can you believe the sheer gall of the man?

Apparently Mandelson told Reuters TV:
"It's easy to take a leaked document, to selectively lift from that figures that are provided by officials but which don't represent ministerial plans."
The Tories did not selectively lift figures from this document - they took the full set of treasury figures that they received - and gave them to the press. And these are official treasury figures, not pie in the sky. And if they don't represent ministerial plans - then can Mandelson tell us what their plans actually are? Gordon Brown has been telling us for months that he will not cut spending, but on Tuesday he said he would cut spending. Then we found out that the treasury plans to cut spending by almost 10%, but now Mandelson is trying to tell us that they are not ministerial plans. Are ministers going to ignore treasury figures? Who or what are we supposed to believe?

One thing is for certain, the public can no longer believe a single word that Brown or his ministers utter.

Ireland - Tell the EU that "NO means NO".

Irish Lisbon Treaty Referendum - NO MEANS NO!

The French said NO, the Dutch said NO, the Irish said NO. When asked to respect those democratic decisions.... the EU said NO. They will have their Empire. This video demonstrates the danger we all face.... the death of the voice of the people:

I ask any Irish readers to do what I have not been allowed.... tell our EU masters that NO means NO!

Police disgusted over PC Yvonne Fletcher's murder trial.

Paul McKeever, Chairman of the Police Federation of England and Wales has expresses his member's disgust at the government's deal with Libya that will prevent PC Yvonne Fletcher's murderer facing trial in the UK. In a letter to the Prime Minister, Mr McKeever said:
15 September 2009

Dear Prime Minister,

Together with the 140,000 police officers throughout England and Wales that the Police Federation represents, I was shocked, appalled and disgusted at the revelations in the Sunday Times that the Libyan killer of PC Yvonne Fletcher will never be brought to justice in Britain following a deal struck by your government.

This is an absolute disgrace. PC Fletcher was gunned down in cold blood 25 years ago by a cowardly and callous killer who managed to flee to Libya. Now we discover your government rolled over three years ago abandoning any attempt to bring Yvonne’s killer to face the UK courts and justice. Only you and your colleagues know the true reasons why such an arrangement was agreed but for those I represent and for a large number of the public the timing of the agreement would suggest your government was prepared to sell its soul for trade deals being negotiated at the time.

This case is particularly close to my heart, not least because I attended the same school as Yvonne, albeit a few years ahead of her, and then our lives took a similar track again as we both joined the Metropolitan Police. Yvonne was an absolute professional with a promising policing career ahead; her untimely and tragic murder whilst serving this country needs proper resolution for her family, friends and past colleagues.

I appreciate that this deal was secured under the watch of the previous Prime Minister, but police officers throughout this country need to know that the dangers they face are understood by the government of the day and, if tragedy strikes, that political leaders will do everything in their power to ensure that justice is served.

I look forward to hearing what assurances you can give and what actions your government will undertake to bring Yvonne’s killer to face a jury in a UK court.

Yours sincerely,

Paul McKeever

Chairman
The Police Federation of England and Wales
That's one mass murderer released to Libya, one Libyan cop killer allowed to avoid UK justice and the SAS training Libyan forces. How low can this Government get? Was the deal Labour struck worth this much shame on the country?

"Anyone Else" 5/4 to lead Labour into General Election

From William Hill:

5/4 LABOUR LEADER TO BE 'ANYONE ELSE' AT GENERAL ELECTION

WITH A POLL revealing that a majority of voters believe that anyone other than Gordon Brown would do a better job as Labour Leader, bookmakers William Hill are offering odds of 5/4 that anyone other than Brown leads the Party into the forthcoming General Election.

'A lot of punters believe that anyone other than Brown will become Labour Leader before the General Election and three quarters of the bets we have taken in that market are for him to be out of office by then' said Hill's spokesman Graham Sharpe.

WILLIAM HILL have also cut their odds for Harriet Harman to succeed Gordon Brown from 8/1 to 7/1 joint second favourite after she was backed to become the next Labour leader as rumours spread that she has been canvassing party members to assess her own standing in the race to take over when Brown eventually quits.

LATEST WILLIAM HILL ODDS TO SUCCEED GORDON BROWN AS LABOUR LEADER.....6/4 Alan Johnson; 7/1 Harriet Harman; David Miliband; 8/1Peter Mandelson; 10/1 Ed Miliband; 12/1 Cruddas; Purnell; 16/1 Balls, Burnham, Straw.

Proof that Gordon Brown lied to the nation about cuts.

Gordon Brown has lied to parliament and the nation. When he repeatedly told us that he would increase spending - whilst the Tories would cut by 10% - he was intentionally lying. According to George Osborne, Brown lied to us whilst he was in possession of treasury documents outlining near 10% cuts he himself would have to make. We all knew Gordon Brown was lying to us, but now those treasury documents have been leaked to the Tories, we have the proof.

You would expect a decent man to resign in Gordon Brown's position, but we all know that the man who writes about courage has no honour or moral fibre. It's shameful that such a man is representing our nation.

George Osborne said:

"It's about trust and honesty... what they show - these are the internal government projections for spending - and they show that the government has been planning since the Budget a near 10% cut in departmental budgets.

"And of course since the Budget we have had Gordon Brown and others on programmes like this saying there was a choice between Labour investment and Tory cuts, and very specifically attacking us for being the people planning 10% cuts, and saying David Cameron was Mr 10% and so on.

"And now we know that Gordon Brown misled the public, misled Parliament, was not telling the truth, was sitting all the time on internal Treasury documents telling him the real truth."

Gordon Brown has intentionally lied to Parliament and the Nation. This is not just a bit of political mischief from Gordon Brown - he has lied about the future prosperity of this nation. If this does not warrant a call for a Vote of no Confidence, then I don't know what does.

Labour's outlandish claims over Tory cuts

Nothing is straightforward with Gordon Brown is it? Having to abandon his lies about "Tory cuts vs Labour investment" he now has to have a new nasty little lie. The new one that seems to have been repeated by Labour puppets all afternoon is "Tory slash and burn".

Labour want the public to believe that the Conservatives are determined to destroy the economy at all costs - Schools will be closed, hospitals will be knocked down, millions will be thrown on the dole and sacks full of kittens will be thrown in the canal. What they will fail to mention is that all their nice, fluffy, Labour cuts will be them just cutting out all the socialist crap that they have been wasting our money on.

There are some great lines coming from Labour at the moment. Here are two of my favourites so far:

From the ever nonpartisan The Voice of the Mirror:

Finally Labour is beginning to show some much frankness in how it will deal with the problem [cuts], in marked contrast to the Tories slash-and-burn economic Armageddon.

From Peter Mandelson:

The Tories were "foaming at the mouth with excitement" at the prospect of cuts.

And they expect the voters to believe this rubbish. Have you seen or read any other wild claims that can be added to the list?

Gordon Brown - I lied about spending cuts.

Gordon Brown is to finally admit (in a speech to the TUC in Liverpool) that he has been lying to the nation for the last four months. Since June (video) he has been adamant that a Labour government will increase public spending - whilst portraying the Conservatives as a bunch of nasty cutters. No one but the most loyal (or thick) would entertain this most blatant of lies - the man is truly incompetent. We have come to expect dishonesty from the government, but the pathetic lies Brown has been feeding us only show his great contempt for our intelligence.

Even now he is trying to use weasel words and spin to announce that he will indeed be cutting spending - he will say that his government will: "cut unnecessary spending on low priorities". What the hell does that mean? Are we to assume that they have been spending unnecessarily on low priorities for the last decade or more? I would like to think that every single penny I pay in tax is being spent for the good of the nation and my family - not being pissed down the drain on low priority, nice to have, money wasting, Socialist projects. One thing that seriously pisses me off is overseas aid. Why in the name of all that is holy are we giving hundreds of millions of pounds of taxpayers money to countries that have nuclear weapon and space exploration programmes? If they can afford nuclear weapons, massive armies and space rockets - then they should be able to feed their own people without dipping their corrupt fingers into my back pocket.

So what has caused this change of direction from Brown? i.e. from telling ridiculous lies - to almost telling the truth (obviously telling the whole truth is too big a step). It could have something to do with the rest of the Cabinet telling him that he is making them all look like (soon to be unemployed) fools. Maybe it has dawned on the Cabinet that the people aren't as stupid as they had hoped. The polls over the last few months have shown that the voters aren't buying Brown's crap anymore - and that he has lost what little credibility Tony Blair left Labour with. Or it could have something to do with the latest Populus poll? - 84% of people think there will need to be “significant cuts in public spending”, and 61% of respondents think Gordon Brown is a liability to his party. 65% of people think that another Labour politician would do better than Gordon Brown, with 48% agreeing that “literally anyone would do a better job than him”.

What a state to be in - will Brown go down in history as our most incompetent PM ever?

Monday, 14 September 2009

Gordon Brown should resign for this.

Gordon Brown should resign for this from the Telegraph:
For the past six months Britain’s elite troops have been schooling soldiers working for Col Muammar Gaddafi’s regime, which for years provided Republican terrorists with the Semtex explosive, machine-guns and anti-aircraft missiles used against British troops during the Troubles in Northern Ireland.

Sources within the SAS have expressed distaste at the agreement, which they believe could be connected to the release of the Lockerbie bomber.
I feel sorry for the the men being forced to carry out such shameful orders. Gordon Brown is one real scumbag.

Abdelbaset Ali al-Megrahi's release - Questions.

Some questions:

1) Why does Gordon Brown refuse to tell us whether he agrees with Abdelbaset Ali al-Megrahi's release?

2) Why has he waited so long to tell us that the government did not do a deal for Abdelbaset Ali al-Megrahi's release?

3) If (as Brown claims) the government had no say over Abdelbaset Ali al-Megrahi's release, does that mean that Gordon Brown is the Prime Minister of England only?

4) Why does Gordon Brown try to dodge important issues? Does he have something to hide? Does he think that it will just go away? Is he being poorly advised? Is he dithering? Or is he just a coward?

5) Should we be more than a little concerned that our nuclear weapons are based in a country that Gordon Brown claims to have no control over?

6) Are we to believe Gordon Brown's insistence that we can reduce the terrorist threat by releasing terrorists?

7) Why hasn't the Labour party dumped this useless sod yet?
